CHILD PROTECTION ENQUIRY: MEDICAL ASSESSMENT

In some situations a doctor will examine your child to check for any signs of harm. If children can decide for themselves, Social Services need their permission. If not, you will be asked. If you refuse, Social Services might get legal advice.
